(MOTOR TRAFFIC ACT 203 – SECTION 37)
The Owners of Motor Vehicles in the Northern Province, who do not intend to use their vehicles during the year 2010 in respect of Districts - Jaffna, Killinochchi, Mullaitivu, Mannar and Vavuniya are requested to forward their "Notice on Non-User" on the prescribed form (MTA 107) along with the said fee by money order, drawn in favour of the Divisional Secretary of the respective Division and send by Registered post to reach the respective Divisional Secretary on or before 31st December 2009.
"Notice of Non-User for 2010” will be accepted only for a period not less than 06 months beginning from January 2010.

Motor Cycles or Motor Tricycles - Rs. 25/=
Motor Lorries or Motor Coaches - Rs. 100/=
Other vehicles - Rs. 50/=
