Hon. Governor, Northern Province Major General GA Chandrasiri addressed to the Staff of the Northern Provincial Council on 9th March 2010. Secretaries, Deputy Chief Secretaries, Head of Departments and all Staff Officers have participated on this occasion.
At the outset of the meeting he said that good system is being adopted in the Northern Province and all staff work hard very well to achieve the set goals. He further delivered that more positive attitudes and some weakness are in the system. Finally he pointed out that all officers will be motivated in their work system.
